Feel affirmed, more confident, and fulfilled with me as your LGBT counselor.
There are many beautiful, wonderful things about being a member of the LGBT community, but it can make some things more difficult. Just because your personal journey has unique challenges does not mean that it will be less fulfilling or less joyous. As your LGBT counselor, I want to help you feel affirmed, more confident, and fulfilled in your personal goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) serving Raleigh, North Carolina. I believe that all people should be treated with dignity and respect, and all are welcome here at ASCH Counseling and Development, PLLC. You (yes, you!) deserve to be happy. If life feels unfair or harder than it should be, I can help you identify strategies to cope and thrive.
We can work on your personal goals, whether you are dealing with periods of depression, increased anxiety, relationship challenges, a history of trauma or present traumas, feelings of anger, family conflicts, feelings of grief, or low self-esteem. As your LGBT counselor, I will help you identify where you are and where you want to be, and then help you plan strategies for achieving your personal goals. I am confident that you will find new confidence and self-love of your authentic self.
Our sessions together will be person-centered and strengths-based. This means that I will take the time needed to really get to know you. My office is a safe space where we can explore issues togethers and work towards your personal growth. We will identify strengths (what is working) and build on those successes for even greater success. Feel affirmed, more confident, and fulfilled with me as your LGBT counselor. Call today to schedule a consultation.
