I am an LGBT-friendly counselor who is here to help you.
As a member of the LGBT community, you may struggle with your identity or mental health issues. And overall, you might just need someone to talk to. I believe that mental health help should be accessible to everyone, especially those who belong to the LGBT community.
I offer LGBT-friendly therapy in the Raleigh, North Carolina area and want to help you with whatever you are going through. Although it is always helpful to seek counseling if you endured trauma or suffer from a particular mental health issue, you should also seek counseling simply if you want to improve the quality of your life. If there is anything preventing you from achieving your goals or interfering with your happiness, I may be able to help.
In addition to LGBT matters, I can help you work through specific issues, such as relationships, parenting, sleeping, trauma, anger, family conflict, stress, and anxiety. And as your counselor, I can help you integrate your identity into your daily experiences. I will hold space to validate your experiences while providing you with strategies that will increase your resiliency. I can help you advocate for your needs and rights.
As a provider of LGBT-friendly therapy, I want you to know that I am here to provide a listening ear and validate your experiences and concerns, no matter what they may be.
