I rely on a person-centered approach when providing therapy.
In good times and in bad, seeing a therapist can be beneficial. I want you to start where you are, and when you work with me as your therapist, I can help you explore different skills and strategies that help you reach your goals and ultimately live a happier, more fulfilled life. I encourage you to take that first step and make a therapy appointment with me. I am excited to get to know you better and help you move forward!
Most of my therapy sessions last for an hour. When you first start coming to therapy, I suggest weekly or even biweekly sessions. This lets us start building a relationship while also allowing me to get to know you and your goals better.
I approach therapy with an extremely person-centered mentality. I love helping people throughout the Garner, North Carolina area, and I can build meaningful relationships with my clients that provide clarity and direction. Part of my job as a therapist is figuring out exactly where you are and then guiding you as you determine where you want to be.
As a therapist, I work hard to maintain a safe, nonjudgmental environmental where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and emotions. If you are ready to start your therapy journey and heal, cope, and move forward, set up your first appointment by contacting me at ASCH Counseling and Development, PLLC.
