It is normal to feel stressed and overwhelmed at times. But it is when this stress and overwhelm start to become a persistent feeling that never goes away that life begins to feel harder than it needs to be. If you struggle with anxiety, you recognize what a challenge it is to complete even the smallest tasks, and you may be willing to do anything to get past your anxiousness for even a short period of time.
Know that constant feelings of panic are not normal, but help is available. I am an anxiety counselor who helps people in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, and I can help you work through your anxiety and find a way to move forward. As your anxiety counselor, I will be your biggest supporter and advocate as I work with you to cope with these feelings and break past the anxiety that consumes your everyday life.
